Partikkula

Event rentals, found and booked online.

Partikkula rents out everything for the table, including chairs, tables, linens, place settings, centerpieces and backdrops. They serve gatherings of 12 to 120 guests across Union County, New Jersey, and also run a mobile coffee bar.

They had the inventory and the eye for detail, but almost no presence online. Quiet Cursor built everything needed to get them found and booked: a website, a quote and booking flow, and the local listings that bring people to it.

The site

The brand name is a play on “particular”, so the site leads with it: Every detail. Particularly yours. The type is large and confident, and everything else stays out of the way of the photography. The tables and the settings do the selling.

The whole site is one page that reads like a conversation: what they rent, who it suits, where they deliver, and how to book. Most visitors arrive on a phone, so every section was designed mobile-first.

Packages, not price lists

Event rentals are hard to price from a catalog. Instead of a long list of items, the site offers three packages based on guest count: Intimate Dinner, Shower & Celebration and Gathering. Each lists what it includes. The coffee bar, juice bar and a dedicated halal table work as add-ons on top of any package.

The full catalog is still there for anyone who wants to browse it, along with a clear list of the nine towns they deliver to.

The booking system

Every “Get a quote” button leads to a single request form. It asks for exactly what Partikkula needs to reply with availability and a price: the date, event type, guest count, package, add-ons and delivery town. The form is protected from spam with Cloudflare Turnstile, so the inbox only gets real enquiries.

Behind the form is a booking and deposit process that takes a request through to a confirmed date. Customers know where they stand, and the date is held once the deposit is in.

Beyond the website

Most rental customers never search for a website. They search Google Maps for “event rentals near me” or scroll Facebook Marketplace. So the work also covered a Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram pages, and Marketplace listings, all pointing back to the same quote form.

The result is a small business that looks as considered online as its tables do in person.
